Khilona Ghar accepts only prepaid orders. We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).

If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact Khilona Ghar as soon as possible after delivery with your order details and relevant photographs/videos.

We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution according to our Return & Refund Policy.
